1 The Human Rights Committee extended the deadline for the submission of the second periodic report from 3 April 1984 to 29 March 1986.


2 The Human Rights Committee extended the deadline for the submission of the third periodic report from 3 April 1989 to 31 October 1991.


3 In its concluding observations adopted on 3 April 2001, the Human Rights Committee requested that additional information be provided within one year and set the date for the submission of the fifth periodic report at 1 April 2005.


4 At its seventy-sixth session in October 2002, the Human Rights Committee decided to take no further action.
