1 The Human Rights Committee extended the deadline for the submission of the second periodic report from 28 February 1986 to 31 December 1988.


2 The Human Rights Committee extended the deadline for the submission of the third periodic report from 28 February 1991 to 31 December 1995.


3 In its concluding observations adopted on 30 July 2003, the Human Rights Committee indicated that the report submitted was the third, fourth and fifth periodic report of the State party.


4 In its concluding observations adopted on 30 July 2003, the Human Rights Committee requested that additional information be submitted within one year and set the date for the submission of the sixth periodic report at 1 August 2007.


5 The State party has submitted two responses, considered to be partial responses by the Committee. The State party subsequently submitted a complete reply on 27 March 2006. At its eighty-sixth session in March 2006, the Human Rights Committee decided to take no further action (see A/61/40 vol. I, pages 134-145).


6 In its concluding observations adopted on 27 October 2010, the Human Rights Committee requested that additional information be submitted within one year, and that the seventh periodic report be submitted by 1 July 2014.
