1 The Committee Against Torture considered the initial report of the State party on 14 November 2002. In its concluding observations adopted in November 2002, the Committee stated that the next periodic report would be due on 19 November 2004, and that the report due would be considered as the fourth periodic report.
1 In its concluding observations adopted on 20 November 2007, the Committee Against Torture requested that the State party submit additional information within one year, and invited the State party to submit its fifth periodic report by 30 December 2011.
