ORGANIZATIONAL AND OTHER MATTERS (continued)

1. Mr. YUTZIS suggested that a copy of the concluding observations of the Committee concerning the situation in Ethiopia should be sent to Mr. Juan Méndez, the Secretary-General’s Special Adviser on the Prevention of Genocide.

2. The CHAIRPERSON said it had been intended that he would send a letter to Mr. Méndez, enclosing the concluding observations on Ethiopia and the draft letter dated 9 March addressed to the Permanent Representative of Ethiopia.
