The Government of Finland would like to refer to its earlier answer to the Secretary-General of 23 August 1971, c/ stating that the Finnish legislation is already in accordance with the provisions of article 4 (a) and (b) of the Convention: (a) the Penal Code, chapter 16, 6a, and (b) the Societies Act, article 21, section a. Further supplementation is thus unnecessary.

The Government of Finland will, in accordance with the provisions of article 9, provide the Committee with relevant reports and information in the future.
