1 In its concluding observations adopted in May 2005, the Committee Against Torture requested that additional information be submitted within one year, and invited the State party to submit its next periodic report as a combined fifth and sixth periodic report, by 28 September 2010.


2 The Committee Against Torture made a request for further clarification (see A/64/44 (2009), page 128). On 2 December 2008, the State party submitted further information (CAT/C/FIN/CO/4/Add.2) (see A/66/44 (2011) at page 142).
