1 In its concluding observations adopted on 18 November 2008, the Committee Against Torture requested that additional information be submitted within one year, and invited the State party to submit its third periodic report by 21 November 2012.
2 On 13 September 2010, the Committee made a request for further clarification. The State party submitted further information on 18 February 2011 (CAT/C/KAZ/CO/2/Add.2) (see A/66/44 (2011) at page 146).
