1 The Human Rights Committee had set the date for submission of the second periodic report at 11 April 1986.


2 In its concluding observations adopted on 24 March 2005, the Human Rights Committee requested that the State party submit additional information within one year and set 1 April 2008 as the date for the submission of the third periodic report.


3 At its eighty-seventh session in July 2006, the Human Rights Committee decided to take no further action.
