            The Permanent Mission of the Republic of Malta to the Office of the United Nations and the other international organizations in Geneva presents its compliments to the Secretary-General oft he Untied Nations and has the honour to refer to note verbale...dated 2 May 1977 and to inform that the enclosure submitted with our note verbale...dated 9 March 1977 is considered adequate compliance with article 9, paragraph 2, of the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination. b/
