1 In its concluding observations adopted in May 2004, the Committee Against Torture decided that the information contained in the second periodic report covered the period of the third periodic report, and requested that the State party submit a combined fourth and fifth periodic report on 4 January 2009.


2 The Committee Against Torture requested further clarification (see A/64/44, page 127).


3 The fourth and fifth periodic reports were submitted together as one document.


4 In its concluding observations adopted in May 2011, the Committee Against Torture requested that additional information be submitted within one year, and requested that the State party submit its sixth periodic report by 3 June 2015.
