1 The initial report was originally submitted as the initial report of Serbia and Montenegro, and was received prior to the declaration of independence by Montenegro (see CAT/C/MNE/1, page 1).
2 In its concluding observations adopted on 19 November 2008, the Committee Against Torture requested that additional information be submitted within one year, and invited the State party to submit its second periodic report by 21 November 2012.
3 On 19 November 2010 the Committee made a request for further clarification (see A/66/44 (2011) at page 147).
