1 The Human Rights Committee extended the deadline for the submission of the second periodic report from 6 June 1983 to 31 December 1986.


2 The Human Rights Committee extended the deadline for the submission of the third periodic report from 6 June 1988 to 31 March 1992.


3 In its concluding observations adopted on 3 April 2008, the Human Rights Committee requested that additional information be submitted within one year, and that the fourth periodic report be submitted in March 2012.


4 No information having been received, in September 2010 the Committee requested a meeting with a representative of the State party. As calls were made in June and July 2011 on four occasions, the Committee decided that the State party is not cooperating with the implementation of the follow-up procedure (see A/66/40 vol. I (2011) at pages 212-213).
