1 In its concluding observations adopted on 18 May 2006, the Committee Against Torture requested that the State party submit additional information within one year, and that it submit its’ next periodic report, which will be considered its third, fourth and fifth periodic report, by 7 February 2012.


2 The Committee requested further clarification in 2008 (see A/64/44, page 129). On 10 July 2009, the State party submitted additional information (CAT/C/KOR/CO/2/Add.2). On 14 May 2010, the Committee made another request for clarification (see A/66/44 (2011)).
