1 In its concluding observations adopter on 29 October 1999, the Human Rights Committee requested that the third periodic report be submitted by 31 October 2003.
2 In its concluding observations adopted on 2 November 2006, the Human Rights Committee requested that the State party submit additional information within one year, and set 2 November 2010 as the date for the submission of the fourth periodic report.
3 Partial reply. In July 2008, the Special Rapporteur on Follow-up to Concluding Observations met with a representative of the State party, who indicated that the outstanding additional information will be provided in the next periodic report due under the Convention (see CCPR/C/97/2, page 10, and A/64/40, vol. I, page 187).
