1 The Human Rights Committee set the date for submission of the second periodic report at 28 April 1984.


2 The Human Rights Committee set the date for submission of the fourth periodic report at 31 December 1994.


3 In its concluding observations adopted on 27 July 1999, the Human Rights Committee set the date for the submission of the fifth periodic report at July 2003. However, the 2009 (and subsequent) annual report of the Human Rights Committee states that the date due is 28 April 1999.
