            The Ministry for Foreign Affairs and Co-operation of the Rwandese Republic presents its compliments to the Secretary-General of the United Nations and, with reference to his note of 2 May 1977, has the honour hereby to inform him that the contents of general recommendation V adopted on 13 April 1977 by the Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination at its 338^th meeting meet with its full approval.
