1 Formerly Yugoslavia. Effective 4 February 2003, the State of Yugoslavia changed its name to Serbia and Montenegro. Effective 6 June 2006, the state again changed its name to Republic of Serbia.


2 The 2002 annual report of the Committee on the Elimination of Discrimination Against Women (A/57/38) lists the initial report of Serbia and Montenegro as being due on 11 April 2002.


3 In its concluding observations adopted in May 2007, the Committee on the Elimination of Discrimination Against Women invited the State party submit its second and third periodic reports in a combined report in 2010.


4 The second and third periodic reports were submitted together as one document.
