1 Formerly Yugoslavia. Effective 4 February 2003, the State of Yugoslavia changed its name to Serbia and Montenegro. Effective 6 June 2006, the state again changed its name to Republic of Serbia
2 In its concluding observations adopted on 11 June 2010, the Committee on the Rights of the Child requested that the State party include further information on the implementation of the Optional Protocol in its next periodic report under the Convention on the Rights of the Child.
