1 In its concluding observations adopted on 5 November 1997, the Human Rights Committee set the date for the submission of the third periodic report at 7 November 2001.


2 In its concluding observations adopted on 26 July 2007, the Human Rights Committee requested that additional information be submitted within one year, and set 26 July 2010 as the due date for the next periodic report.


3 The Follow-up report was received on 19 October 2009 without annexes, which were not sent despite repeated requests by the Secretariat. The Committee has also requested a meeting with a representative of the State party (see A/65/40 vol. I (2010) at pages 176-177).
