1 The Human Rights Committee set the date for the submission of the second periodic report at 11 April 1986.


2 The Human Rights Committee extended the deadline for the submission of the third periodic report from 11 April 1991 to 31 December 1993.


3 In its concluding observations adopted on 30 July 1998, the Human Rights Committee recommended that the fourth periodic report be submitted by June 2002.


4 In its concluding observations adopted on 28 July 2009, the Human Rights Committee requested that additional information be submitted within one year, and that the fifth periodic report be submitted by 1 August 2013.


5 No information having been received, the Committee sent reminders in 2010 and 2011. The Committee has decided to request a meeting with a representative of the State party (see A/66/40 vol. I (2011) at page 223).
