1 The Human Rights Committee set the date for the submission of the second periodic report at 4 February 1983.


2 In its concluding observations adopted on 28 March 2008, the Human Rights Committee requested that additional information be submitted within one year, and that the sixth periodic report be submitted by 31 March 2012.


3 Partial reply received on 16 March 2009 (see A/64/40 vol. I, page 188). A supplementary follow-up reply was received on 2 March 2010. In October 2010 the Committee sent a letter to the State party, requesting further information (see A/66/40 vol. I (2011) at pages 210-211).
