1 The Human Rights Committee extended the deadline for the submission of the third periodic report from 21 March 1988 to 21 March 1990.


2 In its concluding observations adopted on 6 April 1998, the Human Rights Committee fixed the date for the submission of the fifth periodic report at June 2003. The 2009 and subsequent annual report (A/64/40-A/66/40) lists the date due as 21 March 2003.
