1 The Human Rights Committee extended the deadline for the submission of the second periodic report from 23 December 1988 to 31 July 1991.
2 In its concluding observations adopted on 19 July 2002, the Human Rights Committee requested that additional information be submitted within one year and that the third periodic report be submitted by 1 August 2004.
3 At its seventy-eighth session in July 2003, the Human Rights Committee decided to take no further action.
