1 The Committee Against Torture has requested further clarification from the State party (see A/60/44, page 50, and A/61/44, page 79 and A/62/44, page 90).
2 In its provisional concluding observations adopted on 16 November 2009, the Committee Against Torture requested that the State party submit additional information by 15 February 2010. The Committee also decided it would review the provisional concluding observations in the light of the information received by the State party, and adopt its final concluding observations at the next session. The State party submitted additional information.
3 In its final concluding observations adopted in May 2010, the Committee Against Torture requested that further information be submitted within one year, and invited the State party to submit its third periodic report by 14 May 2014.
