1 In its concluding observations adopted on 24 July 2002, the Human Rights Committee requested that additional information be submitted within one year and that the fourth periodic report be submitted by 1 August 2004.


2 In its concluding observations adopted on 21 July 2005, the Human Rights Committee requested that additional information be submitted within one year and that the fifth periodic report be submitted by 1 July 2009.


3 The Human Rights Committee decided to schedule consultations with the State party (see A/62/40, vol. I, page 139). There were meetings with the Special Rapporteur in October 2007 and October 2008. As no information has been received, the follow-up procedure with regard to the fourth periodic report is considered to be terminated (see A/64/40, vol. I, page 177).
