The Human Rights Committee (CCPR), CERD, CAT and CEDAW formally consider the issue of follow-up to individual cases where the Committee has found a violation. Information on follow-up is published in the annual reports of the Committee and is reproduced here. Any other documents relating to follow up to jurisprudence are also contained in this section.
