The treaty bodies publish replies to the lists of issues that are submitted by States parties. Replies to the lists of issues have only recently become available in electronic form, and all those that are electronically available have been reproduced on Bayefsky.com. Replies to lists of issues were first published in electronic form for CESCR and CRC. For CEDAW, replies to the lists of issues have been available since the 31st Session (2004). CAT and CCPR replies to lists of issues have been available since the 34th and 84th Sessions (2005), respectively. For CERD and CMW, replies to lists of issues were first published for the 69th and 4th sessions (2006), respectively.
