Miscellaneous StatementsCATInformation for CAT, CEDAW, CESCR and CMW is as of the 2009 annual report; for CCPR is as of volume I of the 2009 annual report; for CERD is as of the 2008 annual report; and for CRC is current to the 2008 biennial report (A/63/41). Additional documents released by the treaty bodies by December 2009 are also included. Included in this section are state-specific statements which have been adopted by a treaty body and included in its annual report, but which do not relate to any of the specific categories set out on the home page "By Category: Information Relating to Specific States".
