Information for CAT, CEDAW, CERD, CESCR and CMW is as of the 2007 annual report; for CCPR is as of volume I of the 2007 annual report; and for CRC is current to the report of the 45th session, 2007 (CRC/C/45/3). Additional documents released by the treaty bodies by April 2008 are also included.

Occasionally, a treaty body may correspond with a special rapporteur of the Commission on Human Rights, or conduct a meeting with a special rapporteur. All state specific information relating to these rapporteurs that is published in the annual reports of the treaty bodies are reproduced in this section.
