1 In its concluding observations adopted on 27 January 2006, the Committee on the Rights of the Child requested the State party to include further information on the implementation of the Optional Protocol in its next periodic report due under the Convention on the Rights of the Child [the second periodic report of the state under the Convention on the Rights of the Child was due on 31 January 2003]. The State party submitted its second periodic report on 23 July 2009 (CRC/C/AND/2).
