1 In its concluding observations adopted on 1 November 2000, the Human Rights Committee requested that the fourth periodic report be submitted by 31 October 2005.

2 In its concluding observations adopted on 23 March 2010, the Human Rights Committee requested that additional information be submitted within one year, and that the fifth periodic report be submitted by 30 March 2014.


3 Incomplete information was received on 24 May 2011. In June 2011, information was received from non-governmental organizations. Further information was received from the State party on 18 July 2011. The Committee has decided to request additional information from the State party (see A/66/40, vol. I (2011) at pages 227-228).
