1 In its concluding observations adopted in November 1999, the Committee Against Torture recommended that the third periodic report, which was due in August 1996, be submitted by December 2000.


2 In its concluding observations adopted on 24 November 2005, the Committee Against Torture requested that additional information be submitted within one year, and invited the State party to submit a combined fourth and fifth periodic report by 31 December 2008.


3 The Committee Against Torture has requested further clarification (see A/64/44, page 128).


4 The fourth and fifth periodic reports were submitted together as one document.


5 In its concluding observations adopted in May 2010, the Committee Against Torture requested that additional information be submitted within one year, and invited the State party to submit its sixth periodic report by 14 May 2014.
