1 The Human Rights Committee set the date for the submission of the second periodic report at 11 April 1986.


2 In its concluding observations adopted on 29 March 2007, the Human Rights Committee requested that additional information be submitted within one year, and further requested that the State party submit its next periodic reports by 29 March 2011.


3 Partial reply received on 31 March 2009 (see A/64/40 vol. I, page 188). In 2009 and 2010 the Committee sent reminder letters to the State party regarding the remaining information that had not been submitted (see A/65/40 vol. I (2010), pages 173-174).
