1 The Human Rights Committee decided to extend the deadline for the submission of the second periodic report from 7 August 1987 to 9 April 1989.


2 In its concluding observations adopted in July 2006, the Human Rights Committee requested that additional information be submitted within one year, and set the date for the submission of the third periodic report at 1 August 2010.
