1 The Human Rights Committee set the date for the submission of the second periodic report at 2 August 1985.


2 The Human Rights Committee extended the deadline for the submission of the third periodic report from 2 August 1990 to 2 August 1991.


3 In its concluding observations adopted on 8 April 1999, the Human Rights Committee set the date for the submission of the fifth periodic report at April 2004.


4 In its concluding observations adopted on 1 November 2007, the Human Rights Committee requested that additional information be submitted within one year, set the date for the submission of the periodic report at 1 November 2012.


5 Partial reply received on 17 March 2009 (CCPR/C/CRI/CO/5/Add.1) A further reply was received on 17 November 2009 (CCPR/C/CRI/CO/5/Add.2). The Committee sent a letter in September 2010 requesting further information. The Committee has decided to take no further action, pending a reply from the State party (see A/66/40, vol. I (2011) at page 210).
