Days of Discussion documents are as of April 2012.

CESCR, CEDAW, CRC, CMW and CRPD hold "Days of General Discussion", and CERD holds “Thematic Discussions”. The Committee holds a discussion of a different topic on each of these Days, and may publish the results of the discussion in its annual or session report. Usually a number of background papers are submitted and published for the Day of Discussion.
