Use of this service is completely anonymous. All personal information relating to your claim that is submitted to the web server for temporary storage is securely encrypted using a secret key that is only known to you. Your communications cannot be accessed or read by any employee of This service is 100% private and confidential.

Online electronic complaint forms are available for the following human rights treaties:

  • International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (CCPR),
  • the Convention against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment (CAT)
  • the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women (CEDAW)
  • the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination (CERD)
  • the Convention for the Protection of All Persons from Enforced Disappearance (CED)
  • the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD), and
  • the Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC)
