  The complaint forms provided here are those of the UN treaty bodies. Electronic help is provided as you proceed to complete the forms.

Use of this service is completely anonymous. All personal information relating to your claim that is submitted to the web server for temporary storage is securely encrypted using a secret key that is only known to you. Your communications cannot be accessed or read by any employee of Bayefsky.com. This service is 100% private and confidential.

Online electronic complaint forms are available for the following human rights treaties:

  • International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (CCPR),
  • the Convention against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment (CAT)
  • the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women (CEDAW)
  • the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination (CERD)
  • the Convention for the Protection of All Persons from Enforced Disappearance (CED)
  • the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD), and
  • the Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC)
