Austriahasalwayssupportedtheimplementationoftheobjectivesofthisarticlewhichsheconsiders h ofhighimportanceandthuswelcomesgeneralrecommendationVoftheCommitteeonthe X EliminationofRacialDiscrimination. H Theimplementationoftheobligationsasstatedinarticle7oftheConventionhas,however,tobe (x viewedinthecontextoftheparticularsituationofmemberStates.Theproblemofracial h discriminationwillobviouslybeofparticularimportanceforStateswhichexperienceracialtensions.
