Information for CAT, CEDAW, CERD, CESCR and CMW is as of the 2007 annual report; for CCPR is as of volume I of the 2007 annual report; and for CRC is current to the report of the 45th session, 2007 (CRC/C/45/3). Additional documents released by the treaty bodies by April 2008 are also included.

The Human Rights Committee (CCPR) formally considers the issue of follow-up to individual cases where the Committee has found a violation.
