Guidelines for Preparation of Reports

In the context of the state reporting process, each of the treaty bodies publishes statements called "Guidelines" for the preparation of reports, which provide guidance for States parties as to what to include in their reports to that treaty body. Each treaty body has adopted its own guidelines, which may be amended from time to time.
