General Documents Not Relating To Specific StatesDays of DiscussionCESCR - Equal Right of Men and Women to the Enjoyment of Economic, Social and Cultural Rights Set Forth in the ICESCR (Article 3)Days of Discussion documents are as of July 2008. CESCR, CRC and CMW hold "Days of Discussion". The Committee holds a discussion of a different topic on each of these Days, and publishes the results of the discussion in its annual or session report. Usually a number of background papers are submitted and published for the Day of Discussion.
